And YET ANOTHER BROKEN FEATURE:

I can play online in HUT, but guess what kiddies, I can't buy in auction house, when I place a bid or buy now feature I get:
Failed to retrieve data; please try again later.
ERROR CODE:
B7DD78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-C2709ECFB14B7B4F

So I search online for a solution, nothing works. Everybody is ****-i-n-g that there is no solution. EA Support, non-existent.

Can EA stoop any lower to shaft its customers.

COME ON EADev justify this one.

This has nothing to do with being outbid. I can't get anything from the auction house. Now I keep getting that error code. I've tried all of their "remedies" nothing works.

When it gives me that error message, and I click ok, it boots me out to the HUT main menu.

that's weird, I was getting the error message when I chose "Buy It Now". I placed a bid, the auction accepted the bid, tried "Buy It Now" again and now it works.

This was short lived, it started up again. Funny I have a second account, and everything works fine.

I am able to play games, place bids on auctions, but the "buy now" option is the issue.

I know it's a pain in the... but you have to contact EA help (EA Contact). I had the same issue on PS4 but after I had funny 20 min. with one advisor the fixed it for my account. Since then I can buy what ever I want.

Just to follow up, I put a "Support" ticket in with EA on Saturday at 11am EST. Still have not heard anything as of Tuesday 1/10.
