Ctoty is very simple. Its not based on performance. Its based on personal preference. And since movs are in the game its all bout people voting for the movs people want to upgrade. Simple as that. Personally id love a toty carter but seems hes not gonna make it.
This forum is run horribly. The one mod stole 10k from ps4 players for a tournament that was supposed to start and end back in December. Guys are still waiting on their 10k and players won.
