Jealous scrubs and randoms that think all friends that play together are clubs. No, were just a huge group of friends that often play with each other.

I get invites and can play with any 5 friends all the time. We're definitely not all on the same clubs.

  • I'm surprised this went on for 6 pages lol playing with friends is what EASHL is good for, the people complaining need to either learn how to meet friends so they have someone to play with or just play 1v1 or HUT...

It's like those kids back in grade school that had nobody to play so the teachers would force the friends already playing together to let the kids that had no friends or that we're lousy at sports to join them.

Or it was like when I played in baseball leagues growing up. There were always one or two kids on the team that never played the sport and the coach would only play them an inning or two because they sucked but he had to.

  • So I decided to individually drop into a lobby/game....

The C didn't have a mic but like it would've mattered as he couldn't win a faceoff.

The wingers were both really low level badges and it was apparent with their play. They both spent the majority of the game cherry picking and skating right into opposing blueliners at the blueline trying to carry the puck in each and every time.

My LD was an AI and we all know how bad they are.

Our goalie was complete trash and actually didn't quit until he had already let up 7 goals.

And certain people get upset when some of us back out of lobbies and would rather only play with friends. :smirk:

I don't hesitate to rage quit drop-in, when forwards start to understand right from left, quit forcing cross crease, turning it over for absolutely no reason, and chasing like a t-ball team, I will probably stay a little longer.

As a dman I will quit if I see the forwards not passing to the wide open dmen and keep forcing the same cross crease garbage (especially if the other team has CPU defense) leading to turnovers and breakaways the other way. Then these clowns usually are the first ones yelling at the dmen, when this happens I'm out of there.

Fully agree. I don't pay to play Tardfest 17.

Can't play offline then either ;)

Indeed. Rammer Fest isn't my cup of tea.
  • You have to be one full **** to think pick D in drop in and expect anything less but the absolute worse players .

I already know forwards are going to turn the puck over so I'm prepared to not skate up ice like an idiot . I instead take it nice and patient , gaining entry in the zone when the puck is down low.

If you can't avoid forecheckers as a DMAN, GET GOOD. I promise you , you will NEVER have reliable outlets on a consistent basis in drop in. I know this. So I make forecheckers miss and then make a play.

Got a cr rating of over 800 and still average 2 points a game on D. Keep quitting drop in scrubs

800 cr and you still need your player to skate faster, backwards?
  • @BoboFloggins

I understand you're not very smart. Just Becuase I constantly find success in this years version of the game doesn't mean it doesn't have HUGE flaws.

Any beer league hockey player can accelerate , deacclerate, pivot and turn to always face the play/puck better than the garbage skating engine in NHL 17

To even attempt to try and argue this fact makes anyone who does dumber than **** .

Then again, I have seen you comment in this forum for a long time and you are dumber than **** . in fact most of the people in this forum are except a few handful . news flash, you're not one of the handfuls

says the guy who believes dmen in the league can skate faster backwards than forwards skating in a straight line, forward direction:

"1. Many modern DMEN can accelerate/pivot/backskate as fast and in some cases faster than a forward skating forward .
I can say this with 100% certainty Becuase I get to watch the DUCKS play and can tell you that then only player that this doesn't apply to is the freak speed MCdavid."

sorry, but you don't need a super extra speed burst hustle while skating backwards.

    play better d.
