Goalie spam results in game breaking bug. Video attached!

When a player spam "Pulls/Returns" his goalie during cutscenes, the opponent is forced to watch everything in full. If the opponent presses A/X to skip the scene, the game will crash.
For 9 minutes straight I watched everything in full, yet the game crashed anyways.
After the crash occurs, it acts as if the game never happened. It does not appear in the recent games, saving whoever uses the glitch from a loss, also preventing the other player from receiving the win.

    This just happened to me as well! I had ea call me and all they said was report it in the forum they didn't even investigate who it was doing this or attempt to correct it with a win/loss for both players...

    This happens since years, and nothing is done for it. It can't be so complicated to prevent players from pulling returning goalie so fast, that the connection breaks. For example, pokechecks also can't be spammed every millisecond, its not realistic for a goalie to switch his decision every few miliseconds, when it comes to pulling. The sole purpose for this behavior is cheating, no one who really wants to pull his goalie would do that.

    Did they tell you where to post it in the forums? This happened to me today as well. Very weak. His PSN Name is Kaged-4n1m4L. Shame!

    Ea when will you be doing something about guys cheating out of season games in hut by constantly pulling the goalie? When the guy quits it is like there has no game been played.

    You're letting people cheat out of games and let them cheat for high reward packs. What are you planning on doing against it? You do not care you just count bills on hut packs bought. You make hut seasons a fraud and you support those cheaters.

    Yet you do not feel obliged to address things in forums how you will solve that. You could as well shut down forums since obviously do not care about your customers rightful complaints.

    I have encountered this glitch/spam at least 30 percent of my last 50 games....

    Let's just face it....EA really doesn't care about its customers whatsoever... They have known this glitch exists now for years yet they play ignorant everytime someone writes about it....

    It's a shame....

    This year I ended spending lots of money on the game as I am a die hard NHL gaming fan....this will never happen again....what's the point?

    I could have a team of ragdolls....learn the glitch and ensure I win everytime....

    To top it all of...I ended getting mad at the last glitches and wrote a message I shouldn't have I guess....Xbox then suspends me ????

    I get suspended but glitches win....I guess cheaters always win in EA's world....
