they cannot prevent IP booting... if people learn that and get the software to do it then it is at their risk to try to do it without getting caught... EA should take more action with those who do get caught
IP Booting is way worse than Desyncing, in my opinion...
Agreed, Desyncing is just a glitch in the game, you don't get the win but you don't get a loss either. IP booting is just the scum of the earth targeting your network and flooding you until you disconnect, they deserve a lifetime ban from the internets.
Agreed with the posts above me. There's a good chance you'll be able to avoid desync and even if you don't - the game not counting is much pleasent outcome than automatic loss you get from booting.
