EA developers: I was given wrong card from play to give pack

I was given an S2 Bergeron when it was supposed to be an Award Bergeron. I contacted Ea multiple times about the situation and have been told 4 different things. One of the solutions they gave me, was to post it on here so that the EA developers can see it. So if a developer can please see this and help me receive the correct card, it would be greatly appreciated. Seeing other people get his problem resolved is very frustrating when I've tried multiple times and nothing has happened

    @Ty_Hors can you point us in the right direction, or perhaps let the support team know that pointing people to the forums doesn't help the customer, it just infuriates them when they don't get a response.

    That's a shameful way of just getting rid of a guy

    This isn't EA support

    Its just a discussion forums

    And honestly if the developers do read, may as well make it known ur here other wise it just seems like a waste of energy to even have your logo apart of these forums

    Gamers have made the forums great . Somehow that seems backwards

    you need to contact EA, and tell them you want the case elevated to a "Specialist"

    yea I pulled a 92 S2 Burns... should have been the 97 Awards Burns... after an hour on phone with them (because customer service is atrocious) I realized I probably cant even use the card LOL

    Great for you. I got s2 Ryan Miller. I am so glad I played 3 games to get this beauty without a chance of replacement.
