This Is By Far The Most Boring Game I Have Ever Played
there is literally nothing there. most shallow gameplay of any NHL i've ever played in my life. can't skate, can't deke can't dangle can't do anything but take bad shots from bad angles. the new dekeing system is awful, worthless and boring to use.
every mode i play it's pure boredom. tried out THREES = boredom, 6's = boredom, hut = not a chance will never touch, VS = boring and frustrating.
please take my $60 donation to the NHL Disaster Relief Fund and do something useful with it for NHL 19 (since we know the only thing you will patch are things that actually bring a bit of joy to this series like tea bagging).

i got into destiny 2, but the end game is severely lacking. i'm going to have to wait for DLC or find another game to play. once i beat the raid there will literally be nothing else for me to do. i have a few games on my backlog that need some love maybe i'll start on those.
Thats classic Destiny. You just end up repeating the same missions over and over again as "weekly challenges" and ****
I know the official patch notes say nothing was changed except some stability issues but I'm wondering if it effected the servers somehow giving me fat-man lag again.
I contacted Xbox live support tonight and got a refund for my digital purchase. I can't go through another year of this.
How did you get a refund? I want to do this.
I went to the Xbox live chat support online and just told them I would like a refund because the game was basically unplayable to me. I've been a long time customer and have bought quite a bit off the market place so there was no problem whatsoever in getting granted a refund.
I'll be doing the same then.

Everything is frustrating. From passing to picking a puck up. It is way too random and illogical. Once again, we have AI teammates now turning the wrong way randomly in the offensive zone. You go to pass to a teammate and he line changes the very second you release the pass button.
This series has become an absolute clown show on the ice. I don't even want to hear any more explanations for the gameplay, I just want someone in here with a new and different vision for this series. NHL 15-18 has taken a major dump from a gameplay perspective.
And one last thing. We have a Draft Champs mode, which is fun to play, but the rewards are an absolute joke and aren't even worth the time. So basically, that mode is a waste for the most part. Please take notes from how Sony Studios' does it with their BR mode in MLB the Show. Show some sort of thought process into making that mode viable.

Thanks for posting. It is always good to see the video example to understand what is happening in individual situations.
We are looking at cases where players have shown examples of not getting shots as requested.
In this case, it looks like you may have just missed the shot window by pressing to the top right corner rather than straight up and then as you roll into the center, where it may then have started to play a shot animation, the defender gets stick on stick contact disrupting the control of the puck.
I will have the team look at the size of the shooting window at the top of the right stick in their investigations and see what the actual degrees it spreads to if you and others are having a hard time pressing closer to straight up. It is a fine line though since as players try and deke, they don't want accidental shots and sometimes as players are going right to left, they actually roll a bit up before they slide across and through the middle even though they feel they are just going right to left -- so that is why it isn't just a really big pie section at the top.
