Not getting coins for wins

Got NHL 18 today, started HUT and went 4-0 in division 10. However, I didn't get coins for 2 of my wins (including the title game which made me lose like 2k coins

). After the game I got a black screen and after about 30 seconds it threw me to the end of the game statistic screen. When I quit I didn't get any coins.

Also when this happened I got a loss into my record instead of a win but it still counted as a win towards division progression, so I currently have a 2-2-0 record but a division 10 title.

Ridiculous when there's stuff like this in the game as I've always played HUT free-to-play. Makes it impossible to actually build up your team.

Played my first game online today, pulled out a 3-0 win. after the whistle the screen went black and the EA loading circle in the top right just sat there for about 45 seconds. finally the menu popped up acknowledging end of the game and the score, I exited and no coins and the game didnt even show up in recent games... this a frequent issue?

Yeah its a problem. You don't get a win or a loss. It sucks

I'm having this issue as well, played and won 3 out of 4 HUT games and didn't get any coins.

Just checked, contracts dropped a game. hold off playing any games i guess, and of course there wont be any compensation or apology from EA.

About a day later I was finally able to login. Haven't gotten my wins nor the coins, disappointed.

I played one offline season got the div 10 title did not loose a game and have only been playing challenges havent started playing online yet but it says my record is like 4-8-0 when I have only played div 10 won the title without loosing a game than went through the challenges does backing out of a challenge really effect your record?!

Quitting a challenge shouldnt effect your overall record.

id like to know why my hut daily reward was reset. just purchased this game and played it a few hours a day every day since i bought it friday.

I think it says team settings or something like that the second last main tab where you can edit your lines one of the boxs beside where you edit lines dont know the exact name off the top of my head at the moment just because I dont have it in front of me but will check later

ya it should be under the my team tab and then the top right box. but thats a combo of online and offline record.

which makes sense but for offline games I played through one season won all 4-5 games and won the title havent lost one as well as played a lot of challenges obv backing out of some because I didnt complete the star I was working on but no online games played at all and no loses offline besides backing out of a challenge or two here and there and yet it shows such a poor record does not make sense to me

Same thing just happened to me in competitive seasons. Black screen, delayed for a minute after a win, then back to the menu and no evidence of any game being played. What a waste of a half an hour...

I'm never playing online again until EA addresses this. What a joke.
