EASHL faceoffs question

In EASHL in NHL 18 if the center takes a penalty so the RW has to take the faceoffs, are his faceoff attributes handicapped compared to both teams' center forwards? In other words, are your player's faceoffs better if you're the center or do all forwards on the ice have equal faceoff attributes?
