Dressing Room Error - PS4

    Can you explain the issue a little more? Are you able to get into game, complete it and on the 2nd time in the Dressing Room you are receiving an error? Do you have a screenshot of the error you can provide?
    4/5 games either freezes at puck drop and says connection lost or get same error code as beta while its loading into the game. on ps4, club games....idk about drops. pretty sure its working fine on xbox and only ps4 players experiencing this. not a rare issue either, everyone on ps4 side on lg experiencing this.

    If you could provide a screenshot the next time you see the error code that would help a lot. Also if you or @John403 above PM me your PSN ID, I could get one of my engineers to put server auditing on your account, so that when you get into game sessions we can see what service calls are being made and see where its potentially failing.

    @NHL_ONL_Producer I'm had the same issue the first night but I was able to play 5 or so games today. Seems to be against particular people and when my teams ends up in the game the other team seems to be down one player as well. I've modified all port settings and attempted DMZ and the issue continued while today I was able to play fine.

    Edit: While we are in the lobby and the game is loading, if the background doesn't go black I know it won't load and I get the error.

    I apologize for the inconvenience here, our teams are aware of this issue and working towards a fix. As soon as I have more information on this I'll update this topic.

    In the meantime if you could provide your PSN IDs and a screenshot of the error itself that would help us get to the bottom of this quicker.

    I've merged your posts together so we can track this issue PS4 - Dressing room error more efficiently.

    We are gathering information on this particular issue on this topic, if you are encountering anything else than this error please tag me so I can split your reply. We want to make sure we aren't missing out on any other potential problems.

    If you are getting this error would it be possible to give us a screenshot of the error itself as well as your PSN ID? This information would help us get to root cause of this faster.

    @barrett098 , can you clarify if you are getting this particular error or if you are just encountering freezes at puck drop? I'm under the impression that you are running into a different issue as per your comments.

    @Rx7RaVeN1 , can you confirm if you are still running into this issue on your end or opening ports has helped you? If you are still running into it is it sporadic and if so how frequent is it?

  • I'm having the same problem. Almost never make it into a game due to the dressing room error. And when I do it's usually my first attempt after restarted the app. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

    As soon as my club gets on I can try. I tried drop in this afternoon but couldn't get it to load. Sad thing is I"m prepping for the hurricane so I have slightly different priorities at the moment. ne

    Edit: So I just got loaded into a dressing room with a full 6v6 in drop in. Everyone ready'd up and the timer hit 0:00. Screen flashed and glitched the positions down near the bottom. Screen never went black, hence I knew it would error out. Here is the screen grab:

    same as the screenshot posted above or game loads up and few players drop out before the puck drop happens, and during puck drop game goes to post game screen menu with pop up saying lost connection to players.
  • I did another test. This time I plugged straight into my modem, which gave me Nat Type 1. I attempted to join a drop in game and it worked. I included a video below. Will attempt to test tonight with the router when my club joins.

    Notice the background going black at .05. That is a sign it will work.

    Everybody in my club is having same issue, not just one of us it's different everytime. We all had the same issue in the beta to.

    Screenshot of error I keep getting. This needs to be fixed. Somebody every single game of 6s club gets this error and gets booted. Never get a full 6v6
  • We also noticed on the last one, that everybody that got in had good volume and a wait time of 39 seconds. Mine said low and 1m 2seconds. I was only one booted out.
  • Same as these guys here. And i can't even load into the Pro am stuff 9/10 times. I've went through the whole process we were givin with powercycle and restoring license. But nothing is working for me to consistently get into games in any mode unser World Of Chel.
  • Also having the same issue. Dressing room error. Very unhappy as 6v6 is the only thing I play and got early access to hit those leaderboards hard early this season. Anyone have any idea as to what it could be? I feel like I got ripped off very hard this year and it’s frustrating because the gameplay is genuinely miles ahead of last season.

  • Could be a server thing maybe? How many of you are from Southern California? Had another friend in my area with same issue so maybe isolated areas?
  • Nope. Western Canada. Definately not isolated.
