Puting forwards on defense

If I put anze kopitar on defense will any of his attributes get lowered due to a forward playing defense?

I have Domi and Probert on D. Fun to check to opposition into the boards.

i played someone with Probie on the blueline and had to laugh. he had a hard time skating backward in real life.
