    Does EA really not understand why fixing this would be urgent? No matter. I'm not the only fan they're losing because of this game. By the time the fix goes up, people will have moved on to the big holiday releases.

    Time's up. "Coming soon" is too late for this disaster of a game.

  • Cant get into a game dreesing room error used to be able to quit and restart and get in now that doesnt work half the time. @nhl_online_producer
  • Take it to the streets. Make your voices heard. I see the game currently has a generous 2 star rating on Amazon. If nothing else spare others from getting robbed like us!

  • This is inexcusable. EA has done nothing since release to resolve this, and I am now doubting they will fix it at all. Uninstalled the game and will not buy another EA game unless this is fixed.
  • So guys great news. I was successful getting my digital copy refunded from amazon. They have seen the known issues and were more than willing to support the consumer. Rid of ea for good.
  • I put my router to bridged mode and now it is working...6 games a row and no DRE.

  • I got 3 club games in a row tonight. First time have tried since new update. Also first time with no dressing room errors
  • Congrats on yours being fixed I’m still getting this message and EA just announced they are closing this issue. So I guess I’ll have to wait for 20 to play club again. Keep up the good work EA

    Huh? Where was this announcement?
  • I got it from EA support the guy (Casey) states that they’ve gotten many calls about this but unfortunately now he’s showing this as a closed case. Stated that from the last patch. Goodluck I’ve given up after 2 months of this.

    The patch notes specifically say the are still working on it...the phone support guys just don’t have any answers. There’s no way this issue is closed.
  • Just stating what I was told bud I’m on your side hoping this gets fixed but after 2 months I’m have reason to believe the guy I specifically spoke to.
  • Just to be clear EA, you should not be proud of the the release of the game. You have ripped off countless customers who want to take advantage of the “advertised” modes you claim to include. “Dressing Room Error” still occuring this late into post release is shameful. Repeat: do not take pride here, feel shame for your failure and dissappoint to your customers and now former fans of this franchise.

    This is the latest update we have on the subject at hand:
    We are still investigating into what is causing Dressing Room errors for EASHL. We are still working on it and are trying find out what the exact cause is in order to solve it. We appreciate your patience as we work to address the issue.

    We know this is painful situation for you folks and we aren't trying to sweep this under the rug, this is why we spoke about it in our latest patch and why this very thread is announced in this section. Two months is a long wait for anyone, the mere fact that you are still commenting here even if it's to vent, it shows you are passionate about this game. We know this and it means a lot. I ensure you we are doing everything within our power to solve this. The root cause has been extremely difficult to pinpoint for us, you can even see yourselves that some nights are better than others. Given how sporadic the error is, the fact that it only affects PlayStation players, the fact it seems to affect some networks & not others, all of this factors and much more impact tracking down the root cause. We are using as many resources as possible to get to the bottom of this, I not it may not mean much but I can promise you that.

    I want to keep this thread at the top of the forum to give it as much visibility as possible however I will be removing any replies discussing any other issues to avoid this topic being derailed, feel free to post them in relevant conversations.

    We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has been causing you since launch, your experience and thank you for your cooperation on this matter.
