Competitive Season help

finished the trade deadline 2 competitive season, soon as i went to claim my prize it switched to season complete and never gave me my rewards, can someone help?

R2 or L2 go to completed seasons.

yes i did that and when i claimed it hitting the a button usually it shows the packs, this didnt load any packs and now it just says complete

Look in your marketplace packs should be there

supposed to get the gold plus and a mini pack for finishing 2800, not giving me anything unfortunately

Same thing happened to me. Finished 2849 and nothing. When it did the season tally for points, came up zero. Read through everything in the game and looks like it should be awarded. EA do you have a solve for this??

Happened to me earlier in the year, EA support told me i had to play the season again. Obviously you can't so i had to eat it and move on. Good luck getting a fix, I hope you have better luck then i did.
