Dear EA, please solve the problem with huge delays in online modes in NHL 19. Since you changed p2p connection to dedicated servers, the major part of Russian players is unable to play in online modes. For two months you game NHL 19 is still unplayable in online and there is no official reaction for this problem. Hello ! I would like EA to respond in some way to the problems with ping to the servers, from most of Russia, the online game comes with delays and does not give any pleasure !! Every second we feel delay, we can't hit, we can't pass, we can't usually shoot.
Sometimes I'm looking on supervirta and I don't see something incredible in his technics, but I see how his connection influence on his AI. And i understand that with so poor connection, what i have, I'll never win him.
But guys, we wanna be in identical conditions.
EA is not funny! You find the time to correct mistakes in competitive seasons but you cannot find time for us. And your people in connection with the public can not answer and on Twitter, how stupid it is, a series of games at the bottom

I am just a volunteer forum moderator and have no other ties to EA. Another server closer to, or within, Russia would be needed or a switch back to the P2P model, but I have no knowledge of any plans on the matter I'm afraid.
I understand that EA don't want us to answer anything. goodbye EA, I will not buy any more games from your company. I'll be as principled as you. I urge everyone to do the same. Let them play their own games. shame on you EA, as for other countries you have done everything that they played well, and you do not care about Russia.
