I called support and was told to follow troubleshooting steps before I could speak to a specialist?? My internet is fine and I'm logged into xhox live with no issues. I told her its there servers are down. This company really SUCKS!

EA and their crap servers what's new.

Edit:

Legacy on the 360 works, the servers are working for that game.... Playing EASHL and people are playing!
