Half Hundo Chel Toque

I just recently got to level 50 in World of Chel and opened up my milestone hockey bag. In that bag, I unlocked the Half Hundo chel pom pom toque for reaching level 50. I went to equip it, but it says it's still not unlocked. I don't know what to do.

You mean specifically the Goalie Pom Pom Toques right? I think i know why, i had 1 too many zero's in the metadata for those items. I'll correct the issue now. If it was skate Hundo Toques though, then I'm not sure of the issue.
