Hi, quick question. Does potential mean the likely hood that that the player will get better in skill on the team. Or does it mean the likely hood that you will get the trade?
Also is Exact better than High? Does it go... LOW MED HIGH EXACT?

    It’s skill potential based off what your scouts know of the player (basically how much they’ve been scouted) or they’re status within the league (a veteran will have an exact potential, a rookie medium often). Depends on where you’re looking, at scouting or within the league already. So an exact means that’s their potential cap, high means they will grow a lot in skill, medium they will grow a bit and so on. High is better than exact in the sense that you will still see some growth.
