Online versus pause glitchers

Hello EA. When are you going to give bans and remove these 2 CLEAR pause glitchers? Over 400 games and 0.12 allowed goals and about 3 goals per game which comes from 3-0 win when you do some pause magic. Speaking about players in versus ranked 1 and 2. Or are you only focused on banning coin sellers in hut so you get more packs sold?

If you suspect any users on the leaderboard are gaining ranks through an unfair advantage (exploit) please report them to our Terms of Service team.

Here is how to do that: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

As a reminder, "naming and shaming" suspected cheaters on the forums is not allowed and against the forum rules. We have specific teams that look into this reports and these tasks are outside of the responsibilities of our forum team. I hate cheaters just as much as people that tailgate, so I'm right there with you and thanks for doing your part in keeping things fair for the community.

    Good luck on the ice!

There are many times action is taken on accounts. It's quite frequent. However, we can only discuss this with the owners of those accounts.

Can you confirm if any bans have been issued in the last 5 years? I am just looking for a simple yes or no. No details, no names. Just curious on what kinds of sanctions have been done in the past.

I know over the past few years TONs of people have been reported and never banned. EA doesn't ban paying customers.

Yes. There has been action taken on many accounts across many of our titles. Bans, suspensions, coin wipes, progress wipes, etc.

If there's a specific team that handles that, one would assume they would be reviewing said leaderboards themselves. If common folk like us can pinpoint who's cheating, it should be clear as day for them to see.

I'm not only talking about HUT. Most people that have action taken on their accounts don't go advertising it either.
  • Lol man they giving bans only for manipulating with hut points.

when? When they somehow got free coins or packs in hut? Cus for years theres been certain people notorious for this and i know FOR FACT that 2 peopme in particular got about 15 different complaints on them in like 3 days and EA did NOTHING. Dude went on youtube bragging and showing video of it. It was reported...nothing was done. So...do you guys only ban those who arent helping you out in some way?
  • I reported someone for glitching, than calling the person out, they reported me for calling them out in a message, and I got suspended for 24hrs.... go figure lol right than is when I realized who EA actually caters to in this game.

Online versus is broken! Casual league is full of clowns playing solo which I don't have an issue with, it's the guys playing solo locked in and letting the comp do all the work. You want to lock in? Go play eashl!!
All I play is online versus with a buddy and the locked in crap has to go! It's an unfair advantage!
Also what's the deal with the random quick pause of the game then all of a sudden the guy picks off every pass, is way faster and almost every shot goes in?
