Didn't receive coins after selling player on auction house?

I sold a player for 8,100 on the auction house, had 21,000 coins before he sold and had 21,000 after he sold. Played a game after the sale and still didn't see the coins appear. What is going on here?

    Usually restarting the console can help re-sync your account to the servers which helps push through transactions, but sometimes they can be slightly delayed. If the coins don't show up by tonight, hit up our Support team so they can double-check your account. They'll grant the coins if they can see they went missing.

  • Ive contacted the support team 3 times in 5 days over not being refunded my coins or receiving the player I paid for. It's happened twice in a 4 day span. They said they saw it in the files but couldn't do anything about it. I was also told it would work it self out in 72hrs at most. Well....it didn't. Now im out coins and 2 players.

    Please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. Normally, when they see evidence of coins missing, they will replace them.
