Error code for franchise mode

Hi I have been recently getting this message everytime I open my franchise mode error code: 9C7918F30CCB01E4- 0000000000013000-244DBA876056D539. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it still shows up

Can you try loading an older save rather than hitting continue?

When I click franchise mode that message pops up I don’t even get the option to click new, load, continue. I have a Xbox one.

Have you tried power cycling your console?

Hold down the Xbox button on your console until it shuts off. Unplug the power from the console for 5 minutes and then start it back up.
