Do I need to redownload?

I had the trial game and even now it shows me the welcome to the trial version pop up when I enter HUT though I got all my packs and opened everything just fine. Do I need to redownload the game? I would rather do it before I have any issues

    If you're still seeing the trial notice, delete it and download the full version. It might be good to try downloading through a web browser on your console's online store. That will push it to your console.

    Yu don't lose anything. Hut is saved online and my stuff is saved on my ps4.

    I pre-ordered the Great 8 version. I tried to just do the download off of one of the other 2 version but they just say unavailable. This time though, I am downloading after deleting the game files for NHL 21. Hopefully that works
  • Nope, doesn't work at all. I don't know what else to do anymore. Is this game that was in the trial not the full game? I don't have the issue people are having with black cards and not being able to see anything. I've played online in EASHL and everything I do in HUT works so am I missing out on something?

    The only issue I have with HUT is I got a pack last night from playing EASHL and I can't open it. Says Failed to Retrieve Data.

    Nope, doesn't work at all. I don't know what else to do anymore. Is this game that was in the trial not the full game? I don't have the issue people are having with black cards and not being able to see anything. I've played online in EASHL and everything I do in HUT works so am I missing out on something?

    The only issue I have with HUT is I got a pack last night from playing EASHL and I can't open it. Says Failed to Retrieve Data.

    That trial notice is popping up for everyone. It's intended. I thought you were seeing the notice about how much time you have left. So, if all you're seeing is the welcome to the EA Play trial notice when you first enter HUT, that's normal and should be gone when the game fully releases.

    As far as that pack goes, that would be something different. It might be a bugged pack that we'd probably need an advisor to try to handle. Try opening a case here. They may need to get it escalated to our specialists for investigation.
