I would try without deleting cloud saves first. You won't lose any HUT content either way though.
I am now doing it for the 4th time, this time I deleted the game saves, I didn't do that before. Hopefully this works because I have to admit, I'm getting awfully sick of having to redownload the game over and over again.

I did try without deleting. I not created any offline content yet so not worried about losing franchise/BAP stuff.
I have deleted data this time and re-installing, my internet is quick it's under 5 mins to do for me.
I did the delete of saves and game. Popup persists. Assuming it's server side, and will be something cleared up likely by Official launch day. I'll just hit X and ignore until it causes me any issues.
I've seen some others report that they downloaded a PS4 system update today and this problem was resolved. Have you checked for a system update?

I've deleted and re installed twice still can't see the packs and keeps freezing. I bought the highest edition for the perks and to start playing earlier and it's seems like a complete waste of money

Did you try playing before the game and update were fully installed? If so, that is what is causing the problem. You have to wait until both are completely installed before loading into the game. I'd also recommend you power cycled your console after the installs complete.

The welcome to the free trial graphic is normal. That doesn't mean you have the trial version. It just means there is special HUT content during the trial. That message should be gone after the game fully releases.
Yes when I turned on my ps4 it told me to update so I did it. Went into nhl21 and had the same results. Then I deleted the l game and installed it for the 3rd time and still the same problem

I bought the deluxe pre-order and I'm having the same problem. I hope we get our pre-order stuff on the 16th. That would be pretty scummy to rip that many people off.
I have Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I have restored licenses and I have re-initialized my ps4. Nothing is working and I am quite sick of this ****.

Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not.

Ok I have it downloading. Assuming ps4 needs to be on while I do this or it won't download? I just put it in rest mode.
Once it is installed, I will turn off ps4 and power cycle. I will let you know how this goes.
