What’s up with this game?
I just bid 300k on 2/synergy Crosby got outbid but coin never returned. Emailed and Twitted EA.Help and no answer. Dealing with all the mechanics of this game is not enough now it steals our coins? As much as I love this game I think it’s time call it quits. Customer service does not exist in this company, that’s incredible

Contacted customer support on Twitter and Facebook. I was told to restart my console and coins should be back in 24 hours. Did all that and guess what still no coins.
This is a nasty way of treating customers.
Bet if I bought coins through some sites they’d suspended me immediately.
Good to know that company only counts their bottom lines and forgets about customers.
Wow this has been going on for years with ea and the nhl series. Happened to me a few times as well. Got the same run around **** from ea support. After a couple days I just filed a case with the better buisness bureau. The next morning after case was filed I was contacted by phone from ea sports who compensated me the coins and some for the loss of coins and players. Between this and having to go in make a bid back out to refresh coins is a lot to do with why again this year I won’t be purchasing this garbage.

But if they catch someone buying coins they’ll suspend them immediately. I just don’t get it
I see your case is awaiting investigation from a specialist. This will probably take a couple of days. Also, you submitted the case over the weekend. It's going to take time for a specialist to investigate your account. They will respond as soon as this is done.
No problem. If a few days go by, you're welcome to open a new case and ask for an update. That or contact @EAHelp through Twitter or send a message to facebook/com/eahelphub. They can check the status of your case.

I'm really sorry this is taking so long. It's an unusual issue so it's going to take more time than normal.
Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Rep said it will 3-5 business days so we will see.

Yes I got an email last night from EA advisor that everything is fixed and I should log back into my HUT account on Xbox to see the coins.
Unfortunately there is still nothing there.
He might have fixed something on his end but I never got the coins so the problem is still there.
I did email him back but have no clue when or if he will respond back. Again thank you for your concern and trying to help. Maybe you can get more details on this. Thanks so much.
