EASHL Is Dying!

After my most recent experience this week, EASHL is slowly dying! LG basically is the only way it's surviving, but clubs that aren't involved in that are slowly disbanding, including mine as many of us are only allowing players within our own regions now due to server stability. Last night my club spent 4 hours looking for 1 game as our teams Northwest region, and clubs don't want to play on 80-100 ping. A lot of LG guys have had to create their own leagues just because of this issue, and only allow those within their regional areas.
Drop-in was also very bad yesterday as we got into a game, only to have the goalies on both sides troll, which has been quite consistent. The other team quit, like usual and it became 4 vs 2 with our goalie just going out of net, yet not getting kicked for poor team play.
Me and my club talked about scouting new players for our roster and found it's so difficult to recruit those who have similar skill level, as the outdoor hockey environment is very different from the indoor. We had a guy who was terrible in drop-in but amazing in club. The last few weeks drop-in has been a troll fest to a point we EASHL competitors have had to create secondary accounts to start practice clubs and use discord for community lobbies. I understand drop-in was meant to be casual but sadly it hasn't lived up to the potential as they thought it would. It's a very underplayed mode now as indoor drop-in and jersey selection isn't an option anymore.
NHL 22 will have to be a major step up in the franchise or like many of us we will not be returning. HUT is literally the only mode I can stand despite online seasons being taken away. Franchise is okay, though Be A Pro was a big fail given you cannot play a full junior season or AHL. We need EA sports to get back to the roots where NHL 14 was! Community lobbies will have trolls, though that is just the nature of this game. Could easily implement a feature where we could avoid them, especially issuing an option where profanity will just get blurred in community chats. Just simple solutions that could make a huge impact.

It would be easier to see a list of teams currently looking for games and their current server-home rather than blindly searching as a club and letting EA/ISP routes determine what team you match up with.
Yes and maybe be able to issue a challenge to clubs. There would need to be a restriction of course of what clubs you can challenge though as the majority of clubs would probably only challenge clubs ranked lower then them. Perhaps only be able to challenge clubs in your own division or those higher.
