Need advice. Lost my 5 icon/gold collectable choice pack.

  Same problems year after year on nhl game. Is there a reason it keeps happening????

  These cases with missing packs are pretty uncommon, but normally that content is replaced after an investigation shows it was legitimately lost due to an issue with the game.
