The catch is they took out the game modes you wanted and made a new 3v3v3 mode which is the only one for legends

You have to pay 50$ for a loot box. In that loot box is a 1%< chance to get proper groups and schedule.

I doubt gm connected will ever come back. Even though it is such a desired mode it does not generate money like hut.

I play hockey and I guarantee there is more stick play in real life then there is in the hockey game. I play defence, if my stick does not need to be in a lane it is on the other team, either on stick or cross checking anyone who dares stand in front of my G

Not true, they have removed the feature of create a player before. They have also had it where you lost all of them with roster updates. I am pretty sure 18 they had it right where you update rosters and they just lose the team they were assigned but still in create player screen

Why stop the analogy there? McDonald’s then gives you your meal, but it’s not what you ordered. They substituted your beef burger patty because they say it’s what we want, you only get half your fries and half of those are not even cooked.

Simply put EA is the worst company. Most the time it isn’t the devs fault. I feel bad for the nhl devs because they will never have the same budget or timeframe as the other sport games

HUT has and will continue recieving the most attention and budget. 17 to 18 was a big change and the biggest improvement of any mode, the remove things elsewhere and implement more on hut. The way it gets implemented is one thing but that is what you are looking for. Poise is supposed to help down the stretch and into the playoffs but NHL games will never get the proper budget and timeframe as the nba nfl games

I am a believer in ice tilt but this is actually a good point by the dev. The final minute is proportionately longer then any other minute and also a more dramatic one. More things are forced in that moment and you will remember them more. Goalies let in softies all the time but it isn’t as important in the first period.…

It has always been their main focus. You are right they didn’t do much in nhl 18.5. that’s because they did all the hut focus in 18 and now they are filling out the other modes in 18.5. If they did make a full game most of this is in nhl 18 and the non money generating modes like gm connected would still be in the game.…

Hold off as long as you can. EA does not deserve your money. They will always cut features and not give the dev team proper funding and time to make the game we really want.

Also I try to make them more 1 demential as to their strength, so it’s not like all of them are the same player. Skill for playmaker/sniper, grit for pwf and grinder, a bit more balanced for tw but leaning one way depending on the guy. Use junior stats to help.
