Your on Shaw so probably western Canada. If your playing during high eastern times/day time you will have a connection disadvantage playing on the eastern servers and your players will seem delayed compared to theirs. Only thing you can do is play more during the peak times people would play on the closest server to you.

Warm up is a great idea for all game modes. Online play would give you a feel of the connection. Only problem is you would have people backing out of games constantly from game feel. Or Then maybe they could take some data from that and fix or at least recognize where the problem lies.
