Dump in chase is not a high percentage play in real life or in this game. But it is very viable. Also the "close proximity pass" is broken as well allowing a player to basically guard two players on a 2 v 1. If a player is extremely close to the puck carrier they should not be eligible to intercept a pass. If it hits them okay but not an INT.
