• Add REAL coaches to Franchise mode to make the game more realistic. Update Be A Pro Mode because it's stale. Keep working on players so they actually look like the real person.

• I wish NHL 20 would finally have real life coaches. A big part of franchise mode is being able to fire your head coach. I would like to see EA Sports add this to NHL 20. I would like to be able to hire a head coach and assistant coaches for both my NHL and AHL team with the ability to fire my NHL coach and call up my AHL…
