• Only if they have a TOTY card. Cause TOTY is always the highest rated. So Evo’s are basically useless now unless that player has a TOTY as well.

• It does say playoff players not guaranteed, so you’re warned. Though since it costs so much to buy one or two packs they should be guaranteed even if they’re low end ones.

• I did the same thing, tried to get help on twitter. They tried but nothing worked. Please EA fix it or at least give compensation for the coins and packs we're unable to get because of this error code.
