this is likely the wiggum. house, it's coming in level 26 update. But some users had level 26 leaked to them early.

Some received the upgrade to level 26 when they should not have. EA pulled this out, but unfortunately quite a lot of people who received this upgrade are unable to login to the game for about 2 weeks now. Causing frustration and anger to those unable to do so, only a minority can some get in and retain what they obtained from level 26.
