I think it was meant to be in the update. I don't have a way to tie it into my town yet, so I don't have one. Maybe around Easter they'll release more stuff and I can incorporate it with that stuff.

Not yet mate, you need to be promoted to lvl2, normally happens at random around the 22nd of each month, just stay active and you should be made up

EDIT: Oh when you are promoted you get to use an avatar, but if you wanna have a picture put it in your signature Same way you tried to post pics earlier
