Should I Buy Shauna Now Or Later?

I cannot see EA dropping a price on a limited item. She may never appear again. To be honest she isn't the most exciting character, but there is no harm waiting to see if she is reduced.

I am currently waiting to see if she is reduced, or packaged with another item for a deal. Theres no rush for me really, she's supposed to be gone by the 28th so I will wait until a few days before that.

I'm going to wait until near the end of any content update before spending donuts. During halloween Kang was reduced from 150 donuts to 100 donuts, so it can happen

I heard Gil is making an appearance soon, but I wouldn't bet on it being a Shauna sale. Just a gut feeling that it won't be.

Still, it can't hurt to wait another week or so to possibly save some precious donuts!

Do you think if I wait till February 27 that would be too close to the end date? I am worried that I will get an ingame update that will make her disappear...

They did cut the christmas event short, leaving alot of people annoyed that they didnt have time or a warning to cash in their coins.

This is the first time an in game message has been implemented saying that the event will end on a specified day. Usually the gil promos last a couple of days, so if there is nothing on the 26th you could assume there wont be any promo coming.

She shouldn't disappear before the end date. But try to get her in time to do her quest tasks before the update ends. No telling if there will be problems. And it's better safe than sorry.

Edit....I went and looked at the Valentine Update walkthrough. Looks like her quest line takes about 4 days.

I think I am going to wait till the 26 to buy her, better safe then sorry and I do want to see/read the story that comes along with her.

If you're going to buy her and she's limited you better do it before you can't access the game until after the update ends.

Buy her today: 90 donuts
Buy her on the 27th: 90 donuts OR less than 90 donuts

What is the benefit of buying her today? But as someone said, she has 4 days of tasks (rather annoying tasks too). I would buy her on the 24th. That's the perfect day.

They did not cut the Christmas event short - they stated the event would end on the 31st December, then when that date came around, they extended the period by a further ten days.

They did technically cut it short, it was supposed to go until the 11th of january and there was an update to remove the christmas content before 12am which is what most people expected. The coins disappeared in the morning or midday on the 10th or something..

There is always harm in waiting to buy limited characters especially with a buggy game like this. It's better to be safe than whiny if you happen to wait then get issues buying it.

I don't care about collecting, and I regret buying her. I like her in show character, but she's boring in the game. Her storyline was short and her tasks are all uninteresting, except teasing ducks which is the 8 hour one.

I'm not saying don't since you like to collect. Just don't be disappointed when you do.

I would say buy now. Don't miss out on premium characters when there only limited,.

Myself,waiting til the 26th. May push it til the next day but we'll see. Also, waiting to see what Gil may offer the general 2 days prior to event closing down. I am also interested in the collecting of the characters. Sad that I didn't spend the money to buy doughnuts sooner so I could have bought me witch Marge. Live and learn!
