    It's part of the vault, so it won't show up unless it's there.

    You can have more than one. It is a vault item, so it will show up at some point with a rebate.

    One of the SH mansions, the classic I believe, come with a hot tub as one of its level upgrades. Don't know if that helps you, just thought I would throw it out there for you.
