New update did not fix Harp Freeze

I am level 26 built the wigum house and then the harp of death began.... Updated today, hasn't fixed the problem, I have been trying the open close method for over half an hour and still nothing, I'm just about to give up on this game, EA fix this!!
If anyone manages to work out how please let me know!!
