Rod is completely missing from my Springfield,even though I unlocked him at lvl 32

I was looking at my characters collection thing,and I noticed it doesn't say I have rod,even though I unlocked him at lvl 32 with the putting green golf coarse. rod is completely gone from my game,he's not there at all.I'm lvl 103 and I checked twice thru my characters,and all thats shown up flander wise is ned and todd. That's the only character thats missing. Why did this happen and how can I get rod back?

Is Rod not listed in your town census at the town hall? Also check your inventory in case you have accidentally stored him as well. Rod and Todd have a 4H joint task together on the see-saw, is this greyed-out on Todd's task list? If you really can't find him, you will probably have to contact EA, here are the details:

I checked my town census and character inventory,and he's not there stall,will contact ea.

It may be quicker to uninstall and reinstall your game first just in case. Maybe try storing mini golf and bringing it back out of storage as well since he's associated with that. Try mini golf first, then uninstall reinstall then contact EA.

Storing the mini golf doesn't store Rod and Todd as well, only the mini golf.

Oops my bad. I guess I've never had to store them before. They did come with it though?

The mini golf was available during an event, this is copied from wikia:
Sir Putt-A-Lot's was a limited time building which was available during the Valentine's Day Event in February 2013. It was reintroduced with the Level 32 update on July 25, 2013. It unlocked no new characters, when the Valentine's Day Event occurred, but now Rod and Todd come with it in Level 32. If you already have Sir Putt-A-Lot's when the Rod and Todd quest begins, you instantaneously get them.

I joined this game,last summer,and unlocked sir putts a lot at lvl 32. I've tried selling it,and buying it again,but no rod,I've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling my game. All ea had was a bug report thing bug and glitch wise.when I went to look at my character collection and the different characters that I don't have,that's when I noticed that he was greyedout,as if I had never gotten him. But I know for a fact that I had him,he's the only character that's missing from my game.

We've had missing kids before. I think I lost kerney up in the mountains once for a few days.
Good luck finding him. I don't think there was a fix. Maybe search the forum for amber alerts. They were real threads.
