I found this post seeing if I could find the answer to the mission to plop the detective wing an then find the bomb the 'mad bomber' leaves in your city. I can plop the detective wing but have had no clue how to go about finding the bomb - whether I have to locate it or is there just a chance that the police will 'find it' (more like accidentally stumble over it as they are not a great police force).

I have had this mission a bunch of times but not once has it been successful because the bomb has never been found by just leaving it to the 'detectives' to locate it which got me to thinking (eventually) maybe I am supposed to look. Was this that bomb by any chance?
