Yup. You can also get Kang topiaries and even more rarely miniature nuclear bombs (w/ 2.25% bonus)

I just got my second mini nuke today. It took me over a year to get my first but only a couple of months to get the second. I am not sure how may topiaries I earned.

I have recieved one MWH from the rocket, but 7 from Lisa and the eliminator. So she is back on that after the event.
