FYI, Mr. Burns' first name is Charles. So the initials in front of his manor could be C. M. B. Not that it matters. Just putting it out there for people who didn't know.

Love it, very creative. It's the poor man's version of the sign. I was talked into purchasing mine, not sure I'm happy with the purchase but I barely see it anymore tucked off in the corner.

You need to incorporate the church somehow into there. Do you have the Heck House facade? It could be epic, you are onto something really good here.

I helped someone out so they wrote this for me in their town which was an awesome surprise!

Yep. It's nice to know how it spelled. I use it all the time and I live in the middle of the United States.
