Mine has been unlocked by knight111, can only recommend PM'ing him (her?). Now I can access the game again and thanks to the glitch it earned me some ~320 donuts
knight111 is legit a better person then most of us. He helped me with no issues im the one who gave him issues haha i kept sending the wrong password but he def helped a lot im back in the game already after only just messaging today!!! talk about customer feed back you should run EA Knight111 .Thanks a ton...
I was on level 26 and my game has just frozen. This is the second time. I wrote tech support but they didn't do anything.
I check my first account every once in awhile and it shows there is a level 1 Springfield...I was on 26
My second account was working up until 1130pm last night. Again I'm on level 26 I have tried rebooting, deleting and reinstalling the game, even leaving it on the frozen start screen. Nothing has worked. PLEASE HELP
