Surely EA can just ban people's Origin accounts who have used the glitch ?

That would be grossly unfair. People are just taking advantage of an in game glitch that EA are well aware of. How about when overly fast tappers waste a few doughnuts speeding up a task / buying unwanted items? EA could fix this with an 'are you sure?' prompt, but they won't.

I doubt one would be caught, but, fair or not, taking advantage of an exploit is an explicit violation of EA's TOS.

I'm not familiar with the TOS, does it mention glitches and the abuse of them?

Well that's fair enough. Like SF Downs or the Golden Scratch R, using the glitch carries a risk

As someone who paid money for donuts several times, I can say that I do not care who exploits the glitch. Why should it bother me? I took the gamble that this sort of glitch would never exist. I lost...oh well. I shouldn't be punishing others who waited it out.

This is not a game breaking bug. It's just what it is a glitch that help people who know how to do it.

Now I haven't done it but do know how it is done. You don't get to keep any donuts with it so it's lame Imo.

Also people asking for it please stop. Do just a little homework and you will find it. I'll even give you a hint look for negative donuts.

With that I am out. :)

I tested one hour ago and is still working. I didn't buy much things because i don't feel this is right. EA must do something about it!

You need to have the "Springfield Downs" for it to work ?
