    First off,this is a users fourm. We are all players just like you. If EA help refered you here, wwhatever song and dance they gave you was a lie.

    This particular thread is for a completely different issue some people are having. And since we are just players like you, posting in multiple threads isnt going to get you anywhere either, nor will foul language. Your best (and pretty much only) good option is to contact EA

    Not sure if this will help but there is a playstore bug, where if your resolution is set to HD 12800x720 the playstore decides your phone is not compatible with several different games.

    If you set your screen resolution to FHD 1920x1080 or higher suddenly your phone is compatible again
  • Tried changing resolution.....still says not compatible. I can't reach anyone at EA of course. How fitting that a new feature of game starts and i can't enjoy it. New features end march 21st.

  • They rolled my game back and now I don't receive donuts for leveling up, is this a problem with anyone else?
  • Looks like I'm screwed then. Something has gone wrong and messed up my town. 1) the character icon in the top left corner doesn't work. 2) the tap radius to collect money has reset to level 1. 3) the monorail yard targets keep changing. 4) friends level back to 1 5) money pile back to level 1.

    It started this morning with loads of messages saying I'd missed the end of an event and the pie man storyline has come back.

    I've contacted EA but after reading this thread I'm quite despondent.

    @Reckless_Rod @lardybasto Contact them again.
    It will take persistence on your part to get this fixed. Remember to be polite even if they can't help you. Contact them again and again until you get someone who can help you.

  • @EllieGuseman I had gained about 60 levels from the time they rolled my game back. For whatever reason the levels I had gained those donuts aren't being accounted for. Once I re-passed the 60 mark the donuts I gained started to say. It's not worth arguing with EA about the missing donuts I just glad my game is working.
  • This bug happened to me today for the first time. I have been playing the game since it came out. I will not be contacting support or playing again. Clearly EA is letting this app die. Goodbye Tapped Out!

    I asked the EA help, and they gave me a list (what to do if there are problems in your town) and marked my question as solved (I assume they haven't read it at all). I followed the list, deleted the data, reinstalled the game, but nothing seems to work.

    Has someone had a similar experience? How can I get EA to actually look at the account (the error seems to lie there) and not just give me standard answers? I cannot respond to the case sincwe it is 'solved' ...
    I have the same issues as DrKhumaloWin with my Simpson's and this needs to be solved.

  • Looks like a lot got hit with this bug all on same day........including me the 5th time ( 2nd time in 2 weeks). Each time they are amazed as if nearing about it for the first time. Their servers were on maintainable SO they cannot roll back my game until tomorrow.

    5 times over 9 months......getting pretty lame.....
  • And I'm back. Or rather the problem was back yesterday. For a third time now. (Well, fourth if we count the one time that hit before the second time was fixed.)

    I contacted EA on Saturday, and the problem was fixed a couple of hours ago on Sunday. So I'm quite happy about their response time. They tried to roll back my game to Friday, but it didn't stick. Today a Specialist fixed my game, and gave a bunch of donuts for inconvenience.

    I got to say, I'm a bit scared now every time I open up my game. Just waiting for those dialogs that indicate that it happened again to pop up. Because if I've been hit this many times already, I'm quite confident it's gonna happen again. But on the other hand, if EA keeps fixing it in 24 hours instead of four months, maybe I can live with it from now on.

    Lucky, I'm in month 3 with nothing from them. My last phone call with them a month ago they told me not to call or email again because that resets the placement of my ticket in queue. I was specifically told that i have to wait it out. Really stinks and im very close to just quiting.
  • Do not wait it out because if they have not replied within 72 hours they will not reply. Read this post on how to get your game fixed.

  • I am still trying to get my Tapping Radius fixed after the half bug fix I recieved a few weeks ago. One ticket got closed without any comment. For the other one, I received this answer today. Which forum do they mean where the development team looks into it!? I had the link to this forum thread in my ticket showing that this is a well known bug...

    I believe that you are facing issues with The Simpsons: Tapped Out and I'll certainly help you with the best possible information to help you out with this issue.

    I would request you to kindly post this on the forums so that the developing team can look into it.
