is there an easier way to create these than stitching together dozens of images?
That's what I want to know xD I've tried getting it on my computer using an Android emulator thing and it doesn't let me play Simpsons for some reason, anyone got any tips?
Unfortunately this is not easy and takes a lot of time.
You need to take screenshots from your town on your mobile or tablet. Be sure that your picture are overlapping and have the same zoom on your town. Then you need to transfer the pictures to your PC or Mac. Here you can use a picture programm (I am using the free tool gimp) to stich your pictures together. The image overlapping helps to find the correct place.
After hours of work you will get the full view of your town.
Be warned that the final picture will be huge, and that your picure program will use a lot of memory.
Is there an "easy" way to screenshot the entire town (inc. Heights) from an iPad? Or does it require screen dumping a trainload of images and then spending hours in Photoshop (other graphic editing programs are available)?

There’s no way to perform a single screencap of one’s entire town on an iPad (or any other device for that matter).

At what level can you expect to get a huge Springfield?
After stitching hundreds of screenshots together I have now a complete view of my Springfield town.
Very nice!
