I had three things available. I only wanted Nixon, so I got him with the third try. I don't mind the presidential estate but really don't have a need for the Republican HQ.
I've tried three times to purchase Americatown, the only thing in the box, and three times it's gone through the whole 'are you sure you want to spend 75 donuts', I click on yes, I get a screen that says I won it, my donuts are taken, and yet, it's not in my inventory. Is anyone else having this issue?
Four things offered in my box - Retro Lard Lad and Republican Party HQ which I've been after for ages (was donut poor when they were first offered) and Americatown and the Presidential Estate which I wasn't overly bothered about but got them anyway.
The Republican Party HQ fits in really well with the castles and labs from former events.
I had 100 donuts, and didn't have ANY of these prizes. I would be delighted to have ANY of these prizes, except one. I need another castle on a hill like a another hole in my head.
Guess which one I got?
Now I'm down to 25 donuts and Repube HQ went right into storage, along with the other stupid hill castles. SCREW U, EA. =(
Happy 4th to everyone else though.
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

yeah, seems like you always get the ones that are the bottom of your wish list first.... had a nice chunk of donuts saved up for this one since I didn't have any of 'em.... picked up Ike and then hit the box... got the HQ first (of course), then Teddy/nat'l park, then Freedom/estate, then Lincoln/cabin... 51 donuts left so we'l see how many donuts I can conjure up before the 4th to try for Nixon and/or George.

I ended up buying everything offered in the box. Americantown was the only one that went straight into my inventory when purchasing. Just check your inventory and it should be there.
I had almost nothing in it and had been saving donuts from KEM farming for months. Spent over 500 donuts but got every single thing in the box. I've wanted Lincoln and Washington for years but never had the donuts to buy them. Super happy! Now I have 80 left but I want Eisenhower so have to see if I can scrounge up 70 more in the next week.

Also purchased the new president Eisenhower.
Also some patriotic fireworks.
You have to complete a couple quick quests with Bart and Lisa first. Or you might just have everything offered already.

Thank you @Rosshk i had not noticed the new quest.
