This company has no customer support and could care less about users unable to log on. I want a full refund of all the money I put into this game that I am now unable to use. To me it is just a theft of the service that I have paid for!

Ok so i want to share this with you all i spent over 100 dollars in this game my town looks pretty neat and i am pissed now because if they released an update to the game with new features and no fix when thousands are screaming at them everywhere 1) they don't give a crap and 2) they will probably leave it the way it is and will make us start all over again and i don't think they have even acknowledge the damn harp

I can't log in after I updated. It said it has to be updated. But I did already and when I go into the game App Store to see if there is another update, it is the latest version. So now what??????

I literally just got my game fixed from a glitch that wouldn't let me build the new buildings, played for a few hours and got this darn glitch. I haven't been able to enjoy this game since December. So disapointed.

Ridiculous!! This is the fourth day in a row I haven't been able to access the game! I also have spent quite a bit of money on this game and am not very happy their unwillingness to take care of serious problems quickly.

Yet another stellar job of EA screwing it's paying customers over. Having been forced to update the game it crashes on all my devices whenever I log in.

Ok this is why I can't understand why people waste there hard earned dollars on here iam getting smoked on other forum cuz I asked for a 27 update now everyone going ape cuz I don't spend,when I get issue with game I get mad but not like u guys would be feeling I just don't get it iam at 26 bout to Max out again and have characters like duffman and frink and have not spent a single cent on game u don't need to support this if they don't support u and ur genuine gaming issues
