Downloaded the update earlier... Now it's gone?

About 6 hours ago when I was prompted to update the game, I did, and promptly began construction on the new Pub. I'm not sure when it happened since then, as I only now went to check on the Pub's construction, but for some reason, my water has reverted back to its blue color, and the Pub has completely disappeared (both the building as well as the quest).

Edit - I'll add that I've tried opening/closing the app, restarting my phone, and deleting and reinstalling the app (which made me redownload all updates again!). Still back to blue water with no Pub.

Any ideas on a fix?
