want to start growing corn, some advice first though please?

I'm level 26 and the only quests I've had for Cletus' farm are secondary quests - growing corn will not stop you progressing further in the game.

prepare to get a task to grow some other plants. you'll look at the taskbook and know you can't finish it until your corn is done.

It won't block a main quest, just a Perfection task or 2. But why corn? Moonshine 8)

also got both Irish guys and a blue funzo which is the only thing I've ever accidentally bought with donuts.

would hate to miss out on a character as they are all I care about right now. Got over 50 blue houses and at least 30 purple ones, one of the others and so many bonus boosting items!

Lastly just quickly, how do I get a decent screen shot of my Springfield? Playing on HTC one Xl.

Just use 1080 donuts and speed it up

that's no problem! It will just remind me I'm growing corn!


also I want corn for the 100 donuts you get from cleatus ofcourse!

all day ill grow the 60m plant whilst my 20ish characters are doing the same 60m tasks. Then they all go on 12hr tasks at midnight before bed, with triffids on build too.

Just grow it up.
If you get any quest to grow something, just put your farm in storage and then replace it in your town.
that way you can grow other stuff.

Nice joke! :P think this will be one thing I shall not be using donuts for!

Maybe 65 days in ill use 300 to skip the last 25 days though

Just grow it up.
If you get any quest to grow something, just put your farm in storage and then replace it in your town.
that way you can grow other stuff.

To be totally honest I forgot you can do that! 9k is nothing to me either, its the millions for the 3 big buildings ill be waiting a while for!

Think ill fully expand every spot before I buy any of them.
