What about a mix between the two? Tire fire surrounded by burning bushes and maybe even a moat around the lot to give the effect your preventing it from spreading!

One of my neighbors has his magnifying glass aimed at the fuse on the cannon and the cannon aimed at the popsicle stick tower. The fuse is burning but no explosion yet. It's very funny.

May be confusing "take a smoke break" with "grade papers." When you send her to grade papers she goes inside the apartments and you can see smoke occasionally being blown from her window.
As soon as my magnifying glass is done I plan to send Ralph on the "Burn Things" quest and then aim the large magnifying glass at him as he's aiming it on the ground.
I aimed the magnifying glass at a forest area I created earlier and added as much burning bushes as I can afford to make it look like its starting a forest fire. Can't wait to have the items from the upcoming updates of Camp Krusty with the camp fire & tent. Make it as if it started the camp fire as well.
