Didn't receive correct amount of doughnuts (IGNORE NOW FIXED)

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help, I had 100 donuts and decided to buy two golden scratchers, on the first go I got 6 and on the second I got 50 (yay), but when I went back to my town I only had 138. Is this something ea would be able to help with or because I have no proof will they not bother.
Any help is appreciated

EDIT seems to have fixed itself now, guess it needed time to register
