Can't play my game
I have played the simpsons game for well over 4 years. The last 3 days I can not play it. I have it on my kindle fire. And it will go all the way through the log in but when it would normally load up my town the app closes. What can I do to fix it?

Go into settings and clear your Web browser history. Hard close your device and try again. If that doesn't work, you may have to uninstall/reinstall. Just make sure you remember your password and login info first.
Someone in Denmark just reported they are getting the Bart screen. But 3 days would be a long time for an outage. I would contact EA support.

Ya, not fun. The only way I know how to get around being sent back here or the AHQ forum is to select Missing Content". You should be able to get into chat from there. If they arent helping, request a call back from a Tech.

I assume you’ve made initial contact with EA Help, correct? If so and you’ve been waiting all this time for them to respond to that initial contact, you’re going about this the wrong way. With EA it is essential to keep nagging them. Otherwise, your problem just gets swept underneath the rug.

Also, have you tried rebooting your modem and router while rebooting your kindle? I don't know that it will work, but it is worth a shot.
